  • Book a postnatal MOT appointment. HERE. This is an overall review of your abdominal muscles/gap, pelvic floor muscles, scar assessment and advice with postnatal rehab.

  • Book an initial pelvic health appointment HERE. This can be booked at any stage of life, but should be at least 6 weeks after a pregnancy. If you are interested in a pessary fitting, then please book with Niamh HERE.

  • We treat male clients who are experiencing, pelvic pain, post prostate surgery, issues with bladder, bowels or sexual function. Please select Male Initial appointment with Emily (available on Tues and Thursdays) HERE.

  • We see patients with pelvic pain associated with these conditions on a regular basis. During this session we can assess your pelvic floor , if appropriate and work with you to help with any ongoing pain. Please book an Initial pelvic health appointment HERE.

    If pain is only there with sexual activity, then book in HERE.

  • We see women post hysterectomy, laporoscopy or prolapse repair. Book an initial pelvic health appointment 6 weeks onwards from surgery HERE.

  • If you have been experiencing symptoms with your bladder like incontinence, urgency, increased frequency, difficulty emptying, interstitial cystitis or bladder pain then we are here to help. You can book an initial pelvic health appointment for this HERE.

  • if you experience pain associated with sexual activity then an initial pelvic health appointment (for sexual pain) is the best one to book. It may have just started or always been like this. We see also see common conditions like vaginismus and vulvodynia within this type of appointment. You can book in HERE

  • One of our Pelvic Health Physios can assess and treat this for you via an initial pelvic health appointment. You can book HERE if you are Female. You can book HERE if you identify as Male

  • The best appointment to select for this is an initial pelvic health appointment. We see common conditions like anismus, anal fissures, recurrent hemorrhoids, difficulty voiding and urgency/incontinence.

  • You can book in for pelvic health initial appointment with a Pelvic Health Physio HERE

  • We offer scar massage from about 7 weeks post delivery when the scar has fully healed.

    If you would like just to focus on scar massage with our Massage Therapist Naomi, then please select Massage- Scar massage HERE

    We also do an overall Postnatal MOT appointment with our Pelvic Health Physiotherapists and they will often include some scar massage as part of the session and show you how to work on it at home. We assess your abdominals, pelvic floor and scar post Csection. We also give you advice on how to get back to exercise safely and effectively within this appointment. You can click HERE for that.

  • Naomi is a qualified pregnancy, postnatal and scar massage therapist, f you are pregnant, post delivery or had a Csection more than 6 weeks ago, then you can book a massage HERE

  • Naomi offers 1-1 strength and fitness session in our purpose built gym. She is experienced in working with women, pregnancy, postnatal and with menopause. She has excellent knowledge on Pelvic Floor friendly fitness!
